Titel: Anzugsmoment Ansaug.-Auspuffkrümmer

Hallo zusammen,

habe in der Suchfunktion nichts gefunden, deshalb hier meine Frage. Weiß jemand wie hoch das Anzugsmoment der 4 Schrauben (8mm) ist, mit denen der Ansaugkrümmer und Auspuffkrümmer verbunden ist? :zuck:

Ich denke früher gab es nicht für jede Schraube am Fahrzeug eine spezielle Drehmomentvorgabe.

Da hatten die Mechaniker das Drehmoment noch im Handgelenk  :zwinker: (nach fest kommt ab)

There is nothing about this in any manual, so use standard for M8 (8.8). Rather a little low, else you may warp the carb foot.

I also use the heat shield AND fibre washers under the nuts to avoid heat transfer to carb, as described in the carb manual under Downloads

Sorry, my poor english, mistook it for the 4 carb-nuts. But the answer is the same. It is a standard steel screw in a thread in cast iron, and it should be able to take standard torque.

MORE IMPORTANT.

If you open this, you have to make it in line between intake and exthause manifolds. No more than 2/10 of a mm is allowed.

Take out all 6 screws to deckel. No gasket between manifolds and deckel. New gasket between manifolds. HAND TIGHTEN the four screws (also use paste as described by Reiner).

Then tighten the 6 M9 FIRST, then the 4 M8. Then take out the 6 M9, new gasket and tighten the 6 M9 to specification. ( 45 Nm) Retighten when warm.

To check torque on the centre screws where you can not get socket i place, use block wrench and put torque meter to other end. It will still read correctly because torque "travels" trough the wrench.

Ich denke früher gab es nicht für jede Schraube am Fahrzeug eine spezielle Drehmomentvorgabe.

Da hatten die Mechaniker das Drehmoment noch im Handgelenk  :zwinker: (nach fest kommt ab)

ja so hatten wir das früher in der Opelwerkstatt, da wo ich gearbeitet habe, auch gemacht. Ich dachte nur es gibt vielleicht ein spezielles Anzugsmoment für diese Schrauben. Werde sie mit viel Gefühl anziehen.  :trost:
