I need help with correct paint code for a GT with "Farbcode" JJ from 1969 with chassis number 9418 46609.

When is the change from Rallyrot OP 520 to Kardinalrot OP 508?

And at the aluminum plate is an L in front of JJ what does this L stands for?

520 was only in 1969, 1970 and older is 508.
508 is available in 508 and 508D - D stands for Dark and is more intense.
My GT is 1970 and painted in 508D
L stands for Lesonal, manufacturer of the paint.

Hej Jan,

the GT with the number 9418 46609 was build in June 1969. The change to 508 "Kardinalrot" was after the summer holidays 1969. The rest has Stefan written.

We looking forward to see Helen and you in Bleckede!

Thanks, so correct paint is 520 or Rallyrot for a 1969 GT with JJ on the alu shield.  :tumb:
